Dispute Resolution Policy
Whilst we hope that the situation never arises, Sovereign Group UK Ltd will attempt to resolve any disputes or complaints that you may have in regard to our services as quickly and efficiently as possible. We strive on providing a first class service and we will always ensure that your comments and concerns you may have are used to improve our service.

Please include your name and address and a contact telephone number in all emails and if you are an exsiting customer, please include your username.
If you are not happy with with how the team have dealt with the dispute or with the outcome then you can then speak to our Customer Account Manager. Our Helpline is manned during the above office hours and we will be happy to talk to you.

If you have a betting or gaming dispute which you believe that Sovereign Group UK Ltd has not satisfactorily resolved, you can approach IBAS (The Independent Betting Adjudication Service). IBAS is a third party organisation offering independent adjudication in relation to betting and gaming disputes. IBAS meet UK Gambling Commission additional standards as well as the requirments of the ARD refulations. IBAS contact details are as follows:
